LOL!

It's all about priorities. Unless you are superduper rich and you really don't have to make priorities because you can buy a jet, ten fancy cars, have enough left to go to Vegas to break the bank for four whole weeks and still have enough left to live comfortably until death, you prioritise where the money goes when.

I think this is why people are very reluctant to call themselves rich, because OP didn't give us a definition of 'rich'.
