I've got a couple other bananas, but they're not as ripe as this one.

I'm kind of thinking about this Banana-Carrot breakfast cookie, except I don't have white whole wheat flour, and I don't know how regular whole wheat flour translates into things yet. (I also don't have raisins, but I don't like raisins that much and probably wouldn't use them anyway.) Banana pancakes sound really good too, though.

White whole wheat and regular whole wheat are pretty much nutritionally and functionally identical in use. White whole wheat is just made from a white wheat berry instead of a red one, which has a milder taste. You should be able to substitute regular whole wheat interchangeably; the end result might just taste a little more "whole-wheat-y."
