My plantar fasciitis has flared back up for some reason, so I'm sending you sympathetic vibes. Devastating pain upon getting up/first walking, 1-2 hour window where it's not so bad so long as I'm moving, rapidly devolving into crippling pain until I can sit/prop my legs up, repeat ad nauseam. Suuuuuuucks.
