Thanks! I remember scouring the internet for banana bread recipes myself a while back, and what I ended up doing was comparing three or four of them and using that information to make up my own, conveniently-modular, recipe. I've made it a bunch of times, with anything from 1 to 4 bananas, so it's well-tested; you may just have to play around with baking times a bit, depending on your oven. I hope you enjoy!
