I'm not taking it personally. I just think it's beyond stupid to cluck your tongue and go "But.. but their health!" When you don't actually care in the slightest about a total stranger's health. You don't actually want their medical details, or to offer to help pay for their medications, or really assist them. You want to let them know you disapprove of them being fat.

And saying it's about their health is pretty much like using the Bible and Jesus to go "Don't you know being gay is a sin?"
"It is? I never heard that! In all my years as an openly gay person not once has anyone, ever, mentioned something negative about it because of religion. You are truly the first. Thank you for opening my eyes with your concern about my soul."
