5. CTB is hilarious on screen! Don't get me wrong, I'd never pick any of these assholes to be my doctor, but they -- and Amber especially -- give good television. Now that 13's been hired, I'm not sure I'll be guaranteed that same quality of service. There's already one Cameron on the show, and it took me awhile to grow on her -- why you gotta go do that, House?

9. Just a thought, but perhaps the fact that you think you are smarter and more gifted than everyone else in the class is the reason they're looking at you weird. Because you know, those people who think they're better than everyone else and won't conform just for the sake of being non-conforming? I wouldn't want to hang out with those people either. But you know, I'm sure that you're great... in all that you do.

28. Three for three, awesome! I also tend to like listening to songs if I've seen lyrics of them quoted in a really good fic. The opposite is true if it's a songfic :D

36. Nonsense! There are no straight men in Weiß! In Nagi's case, it's especially sketchy because -- Tot was cute, but she seemed oddly inhuman. Even if his boy parts did get to touch her bits, I don't think her bits counted as 'girl' parts :]

39. Probably. And now I'm curious to know why. John's not my favorite character, but people generally like him well enough.

Really?, I've seen a lot of John hatred in this fandom, from the McShep and S/W parts specially, and it's weird talking to people who while they ship him with someone will got to great lengths to explain to you why he deserves to die.

I mean, I can understand hating a character, but if you hate a character so much I can't find the logic in being interested in seeing him paired up with your favorite character.

Weird. And I can understand not liking a character while still being able to ship him if you like the interactions, but if you hate him... how can you stand to read so much about him? Assuming that the ship-related fanstuff would be, well, 50% that character.

That's it, I've seen people who think John is sleazeball who should be shot on sight, he's too mean to Rodney, why does Rodney love him?, John doesn't deserve such a sweet, good, kind soul like Rodney, and yet they continue to slash them, and I just wonder they want them together because?.

Same for S/W, people who hate John, hate his guts, and think Mitchell would be a much worthier leader than him.

And I should say I shipped both pairings, when I watched the show, I'm not watching season 4.

I laughed like a crazy thing :D McKay's my favorite character ever, but someone from the fandom once said, and I quote, "That a lot of people who are entirely too emotionally invested in Rodney McKay are basically just channeling their high school trauma of being unpopular and having no friends and cheering on their compatriate years after the scars have started to fade." I mean, it's true, I say this at the expense of my own pride.

Carter is killing SGA for me. I usually don't behave like this, but God, that woman...

OMG, agree so much on everything, I love Rodney, but he's nowhere near being the poor defenseless victim some make him out to be. And yeah, Carter, I think tptb are overcompensating for giving Mitchell the leadership during seasons 8 and 9 (or was it 9 and 10?), so they gave her Atlantis, but boy, did we have to suffer because of that?.

I once really enjoyed a fic (okay, it was just a few months ago) that quoted song lyrics every chapter. I downloaded every single song. (and this fic was novel-length)

This sound bad enough? You don't want to know how much of that was third-wave 'emo'. I normally never listen to it, I swear.
