29. Seeing Christina and Marina get shit thrown at them bugs me as well, because God forbid that Chris is human and Marina doesn't instantly get masses of development by eight episodes out of fifty. (As for the others, I haven't seen people bash Sumeragi yet, and frankly I'm just waiting for Louise and Saji to have a point to being in every ep.)

Marina's insecurity and idealistic passiveness on the other hand, given her current situation, makes her more human for me. Of course, we'll have to see whether the writers will blotch their job up or not.But yeah, you know how some people are, a female character's either a mary-sue or a slutty useless whore. Go figure.
