I am loving all the characters in the BBC Musketeers (especially the female characters).

I also really liked the film version of Luna Lovegood.

ETA: Jeremy Brett as Holmes. (And both of his Watsons.) Gayle Hunnicutt as Irena Adler.

Blake Lively as Serena van der Woodsen on Gossip Girl. She was actually such a popular pick by fans of the book that I believe I heard a rumor that she was auditioned for the part after the producers read GG message boards.

To a different extent, Leighton Meester as Blair Waldorf, as I think the actress very much elevated the character.
