Not really anywhere in particular. Fics are on AO3. There are usually some fandom specific tumblr, but tumblr is not conducive to conversation. There are still some LJ fandom accounts but they still lack a lot of conversation.

Maybe there is just no source material that will support that type of fandom right now. For all that people make fun of Harry Potter fans, Rowling really crammed a lot of stuff into those novels to dissect. Same with Star Trek, there were a lot of layers of meaning or ideology to unpack and explore. Neither of them are producing much in the way of new material right now, and what there is is mainly recycled. There isn't anything on their previous level right now :( Even the mega fandoms of Teenwolf and Supernatards are very simplistic, and Doctor Who fandom, as we can see from page one, is just too broken for everyone to come together.
