Very interesting OP. Are you talking about mild ictal activity here or are you talking about full blown seizures? I could certainly see how the former might influence the formation of ideas (assuming you have frontal lobe epilepsy), but it's not something I've ever heard of before in practice.

If you wouldn't mind too terribly, do you think you could explain to me what generally happens? No pressure of course.
