(Anonymous) 2014-09-01 11:36 pm (UTC)(link)In context it's obvious that she said "with a vagina" to put emphasis on the fact that she's female. And the "Right" was just her quickly throwing the interviewer's mockery back at him so she could keep talking without being derailed.
