Trolololing aside, (and there seems to be a lot of it in this thread holy shit) you should just tell her as a unit that you can't conceive. It'd shut her right up.

I don't know if she has anything against it, we never discussed it, and frankly I just want to talk with her about kids as little as possible. She did nag about how time was running out on two occasions, though.

Erf. Yeah, avoidance is probably the best policy on this one. Eventually someone else will pop one out and then people will stop caring about it so much (case in point: my brother had a kid and people immediately stopped asking when I was getting married/starting a family).

Yeah, let's hope. Though the one son that really wants kids broke up with his gf of several years, so it might be a while.
