My not-MiL likes to talk about me behind my back too, she hasn't started on the wanting-grankids train yet but I don't doubt she will when me and my bf manage to get a place together(She already finds fault with everything I do and thinks her son could do better so it will only be another thing added to the list).

I'm sorry your not-MiL is being such a pain about it, it's not nice. :(
