I hate "too stubborn" and "has a bad temper" being stated as flaws, especially for female characters. They're just unflattering ways of saying ~tough~ and ~feisty~ which is almost always what you're really meant to see in those flaws.

But those are flaws. Characters who just bull ahead regardless of obstacles or evidence that they're wrong are flawed. Characters who lose their temper at the drop of a hat - particularly if they lose it violently rather than just getting vocally annoyed - are flawed.

It's never just the flaw itself, narrative treatment is the other side of the coin. It's how you know if the story is condemning or agreeing with something.
