Re: Strange Crossovers
A couple years ago, I was watching all of Fringe at the same time as An Age of Kings (it's Shakespeare's history plays) and wound up having dreams where John Noble was Falstaff and Josh Jackson was Prince Hal!
And then there's the fact that I forever will associate the Stone Roses's first album with The Sandman, because I was listening to it a lot when I read it. I would say it was the most 1991 thing ever, except for the fact this was 2003. Some of my associations:
"Waterfall" = Rose Walker
"(Song for My) Sugar Spun Sister" = Delirium (obviously)
"Made of Stone" = Loki in The Kindly Ones (particularly Carla's death)
"I am the Resurrection" = usually Thessaly, but sometimes Ishtar from Brief Lives
"Bye Bye Badman" = the Corinthian
