Dude's obsessed with turning men into his female "brides" (hence his name) by enthusiastically mutilating all their bits. In writing, it's whatever, but we're treated to loving visual detail of the process, no coy cuts or hinting or any of that pansy shit. If you don't want to see for yourself on Youtube, it's a knife being jammed into one guy's business, another guy being split from crotch to sternum, a third being slammed face-first into a running saw, his dozens and dozens of his finished projects hanging around with Frankenstein breasts and "pregnant" bellies.

Worst part is, psycho won't shut up the whole time he's chasing the protag around and chopping bits. His dialogue calling all the dudes he's violating his darlings and about how he's preparing them for love goes on and on and on. The whole sequence just starts creepy and descends into "for the love of god why am I still watching this" with a very steady escalation of atmosphere. It's actually really well done, if you like snuff media.
