Since we have that SGA thread, I imagine (as did many of the fic writers in SGA) that Atlantis will not stay in San Francisco Bay long and will head back to Pegasus to fight the Wraith. I think that fifteen years in teh future, Daniel Jackson will be on Atlantis and that Sam will be in charge of the SGC. I think they will defeat the Wraith for good but that those bad guys from the alternate universe will show up to supplant the Wraith. Todd is still kicking it though.
