Yeah, me too. Honestly, I like the manga so much because of the plot (and I also genuinely like some of the side characters), so it's always a little weird going into the fandom and seeing everyone obsessing over them.

And it also grosses me out when they ship them, but whatever. And in a weird way, I really enjoyed that recent-ish scene where he was so quick to turn on Ciel solely because, of course he's not secretly harbouring love & compassion for him. He's a demon. Duh.

That scene was amazing. I'd been hoping for something like that since we first learned Sebastian is only serving Ciel as a way of guarding and 'fattening him up' before he eventually eats him. Even more so since that shinigami mentioned how he was 'half-mad with hunger'. I always love it when Sebastian's true nature is hinted at or shown outright.
