It's so true, oh god. xD

God, I love Berserk. Not only does it have pretty much the best art I've ever seen in any form of graphic novel, Japanese or Western, but Miura really knows how to write characters that feel like actual people and that you can actually feel emotions for. I also love how F!S has Berserk secrets lately so I can squeal about how much love it is and how HFASDFJSDFHJ I NEED MORE, OH GOD WHY DID I EVER HAVE TO CATCH UP.

....true. >_> Ah well, it just means I have time to read other awesome mangas while I wait for more of the EPIC. I would never have realized quite how much I love seinen manga without the waiting for Berserk. (Vinland Saga. Nuff said. Except now I'm doing the waiting dance for that one, too. Augh.)

Even loooong manga doesn't always work, sadly. When I first caught up with Berserk, I started reading JoJo's Bizarre Adventure thinking that would be enough to keep me busy for a long time, what with its over 70 volumes available as scanlations. Except now I'm caught up on that too. >_> Augh.

Vinland Saga really is the win. It's the only thing I've found that really does satisfy OMG NEED MORE BERSERK. *sigh*

Vinland Saga is an epic manga. About VIKINGS. It's unlicensed, but mangatraders has it and it's very very good.

I can't exactly type out why it is so awesome other than VIKING MANGA FUCK YEAH, but here, this spread from the first chapter (http://img110.imageshack.us/img110/9934/vinlandsagav01p044045oh0.png) should convince you it's worth reading.

Definitely not alone. He's one of the best characters ever, not just in Berserk. He's made of nice and ♥ and amazingly epic.

I think I have to agree with that one; there's just something special about him. I can't really say what it is but it definitely made me love him immediately. To me there's a huge gap that was left after volume 13 that the others can't quite fill. The manga is still good and interesting (although right now I wish that it could just end so we'll find out what happens) but... *shrugs* There's no Judeau, hence it's just not as entertaining anymore.
