I don't really eat fudge, but I REALLY wanted to try that...probably sans caramel. I actually really want to try to make homemade marshmallows- they looked like they required a lot less work than I thought, although we'd have to buy a candy thermometer. >____>;;

Youjustmightbe? I kind of see Alton as this untouchable culinary entity, who taught me how to make crepes and is therefore absolutely perfect in every possible way. (Half of my thanksgiving break was spent watching good eats episodes on my aunt's Tivo.)

I want to do steamed bread again, but I don't know where I'd find the time. DX

It's just as good when you buy it from the right bakeries. I'm looking forward to being able to get some soon. *___*

I think the teaching me to make crepes thing is the only one I remember, but some of the tips in the chocolate chip cookie episode were really useful.
