Just by the info without clicking it... if the tags have a lot to do with smut terms. Like "kink1, kink2, kink3, BJs, hardcore sex" etc etc. Not my thing. Although if it's a longer fic I'll still read it and enjoy it and just skip over those scenes.

If it's in first person POV. Sorry.

I'd have to click and see some to determine this, but if they call each other by non-canon nicknames. (Or a nick name used like once)

The 1st POV is such a hard thing to get right. Even if the canon 1st POV like Rivers of London or Ciaphas Cain, I've found so few authors manage to capture the same voice. If it is a canon where 1st POV was never used, then it is even rarer. It is just so easy to go wrong that I think it is something ficcers ought to use with real caution.
