No-one has a "right" to anything.
"Rights" to anything are assigned by society and law, and those rights are arbitrary, not universal, because in the real world "universal" doesn't work.
I'm not an anarchist or anything, but the only truly universal and enforceable right any individual of any species has is the right to what you can take, what you can earn, and to what other people afford them.

If a Right To Live was a thing, we wouldn't have the death penalty.
We wouldn't have war. We would not have weapons being manufactured in the numbers they are.
