He was on Alias with Jennifer Garner and Victor Garber, which I suppose is when the affair with Garber is supposed to have happened. First I've heard of it.

(And I like Victor Garber, and can understand him being very sexy to a young gay man, but twenty-six years seems like a bit much of an age difference. So I think it's probably just a rumour.)
