Harry just wanted peace. Of all people, Harry is the last person to carry a drama queen grudge endlessly (unlike, say, Snape).

And he never said a good man. He called Snape brave. I pretty much agree with Harry's take at the end. Guy was a flaming asshole but didn good and difficult things behind the scenes. Fascinating person but yes, he was a jerk. Let's move on.
