Journey and Bastion are obvious ones, but I still love them. The Fall, which Feotakahari mentioned, is great as well; cool story and atmosphere and I'm a sucker for stories centered on rogue AI. Dungeon of Dredmor is a fun rogue-like. Legend of Grimrock is cool as well, I like those kind of games. Lone Survivor is a great horror game, though I've never finished it. Aaaand, that's all I can think of right now. : P
