Re: Social Media Friending Policies?

(Anonymous) 2014-09-09 12:44 am (UTC)(link)
I rarely friend someone first. At the beginning, I friended a handful. Since then, about three years, I get friends' request nearly every time I tag my more popular brother or I comment on a co-worker's post, and I only accept about a third of those requests. In three years, I've only sent one friend request out.

It's not a strategy I'm employing tho, I'm just a very passive person. I've always waited for the other person to make the first move. And most times, I never wanted to know anyone well enough to go out of my way and friend them.
