Is there anything you'd ever report an IP for? Like for illegal activity to authorities, not other users.

Anything ever? Of course! But it'd have to be really drastic, like someone/something (like as in serious animal abuse, like burning a cat, not like a mosquito)'s life were in danger, and anon would ALSO have to be able to prove they are who they claim to be and they are where they are and that any of it's real... otherwise it could just as well be someone lying and trolling and trying to get someone else in trouble.

It's the internet - it's too easy for everything to be fake. I could post all over the place that I live in ____ town and am going to shoot up ____ school and have no plans to do any of that and just want to shock people. I wouldn't report stuff or something unless I saw people posting enough evidence for it to possibly be real (like "here is a card with 'fandomsecrets' + the date written on it, and here are my guns, and here is some floor plan of my school or something" - just as an example, it'd differ situation-by-situation of course).

And you'd only be able to report that when IP logging is on, correct?

Sorry for all these questions. It's just stuff that I've wondered for a while now. Thanks for being so great and don't worry I'm not planning anything.

I could only report that when it's on. The DW admins might be able to do something regardless, though, I don't know what/how much they track.
