The only one that I could see Billy Zane pulling off is Desmond.

IDK, I think he might be able to pull off Shepard as well. (That's it, though. There are some surprising similarities with Marcus Fenix's facial structure, but they still manage to look completely different to me.)

I don't know. That guy on the top row third in looks more like Wentworth Miller than Zane. Though Miller could play Zane's brother without that much of a leap.

The secret includes a picture of Captain Martin Walker from the demo of Spec Ops: The Line. The character model was drastically changed in the final version.
