I love how it's assumed that the only people who go too far about social justice are white Americans.

These days with selfie icons attached to so many commenting accounts it is fairly easy to verify. It isn't like the old days of Usenet or Mailing Lists where anonymity was all but assured. A quick check on linked facebook accounts or tumblrs generally reveal the ethnicity of a commenter fairly quickly. F!S is kinda a throwback in most posters not having a photo icon.
