I hear you with the stress eating. It sounds counter intuitive, but: exercise. Exercise is a great stress release, because your body's already looking to burn energy-- that's why you get all stir crazy. A brisk walk helps bring stress levels back down and clears your head, too. ESPECIALLY when the problem is, well, other people.
