My social anxiety is a lot worse then most people are aware of. Part of the problem is it can be kind of random so there are certain things I'm fine with doing and others I delay to all hell and back because I'm so anxious about it.

I worry sometimes that I really can't take care of myself. I've gotten by living on my own but I don't think I'll survive to old age.
