Eh, there is some biting and the whole brain thing later on, but he doesn't typically chow down in that way and doesn't do physically impossible things, so that's kind of a leap. He removes organs or parts from people he doesn't feel deserve to have their organs or parts and makes a super fancy meal out of them with lots of creepy decorations and shit. It's more about consuming his enemies and trolling the fuck out of/making others complicit by serving it to them without their knowledge, and about having ultimate dominance over them, than the simple fact of eating another person. He does share one guy's leg with him, but it's not attached at the time and the guy isn't terribly enthused about it, lol.
