Or vomiting / eating something gross / ingesting some kind of poison and then kissing.

Or H/C with sick people who are still contagious ending in kissing or sex.

So much with you on the vomiting thing. Someone in my fandom once wrote a fic with my OTP both having the stomach flu but yet still managing to bang despite the constant vomiting, and I wanted to vomit after reading it. I don't think the author has ever had the stomach flu, because I'm pretty sure I'm at my least horny ever when all I'm doing is retching.

And to add to the horrifying grossness: people tend to forget/ignore in fiction that stomach flu's effects go down as well as up. While this is especially bad if your OTP is slash, it's still pretty awful if they aren't.

...holy crap.

So, there was a time when my SO and I were long distance, and I flew out to see him. We had only seven days together, obviously hadn't had sex in months, were horny as hell and planning on fucking like rabbits. On Day 2, he got a stomach bug. On Day 4, I caught it.

Let me tell you, while we were sick, sex was the last thing either of us was thinking about, even though we hadn't seen each other in all that time and only had a week together. That fic seems really idiotic to me.
