I understand that. I think that's normal, anon.

I remember reading a fan fiction about Steve Rogers suffering from suicidal depression and how much it comforted me when the Avengers rallied around him in support.

It made me feel so much better -- I could pretend, for a moment, that there were people who were trying to save me.
