Some random anon here,

what programs do you use/process? I want to make a webcomic, but I don't feel like my stuff is polished enough/I can only take pictures of what I draw, upload, and use GIMP to color..

I draw and write using pencil, bristol and ink. Then I scan and upload it to an old version of PS. There I clean and color. I can never get the handle of drawing from scratch using a tablet. (Probably because I have a tiny, tiny one.)
