tbh it's not really that graphic when it comes to the preparation of people-it's graphic in it's own right, but they rarely show him carving people open to get the meat to cook his dishes up. It usually a part of a body (leg, liver, whatever) and he prepares it up, but it's usually brief and they never show him cutting it off his victims. I don't think it'll really do anything to see a rise in that particular kink.
