I think those are the ones that are old but not considered "classics" in the way that some others are. I'm surprised they haven't heard of Gundam though?

Isn't Gravitation BL though? I don't usually see people, especially older fans, talking about the genre unless it's somewhere dedicated to it, and there seems to be a lot of people who like anime slash but not BL genre.
