I feel old too.

For me, it was Yu Yu Hakusho, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Record of Lodoss War, The Slayers, Hellsing, Rurouni Kenshin, Cardcaptor Sakura and of course, the one that really got me into anime, Sailor Moon (I'm even enjoying the new one, Crystal as well). Also, there was the Little Mermaid anime that I've enjoyed too.

Then there was Satoshi Kon's Akira, Mamoru Oshii's Ghost in the Shell (definitely want to get the 25th Anniversary blu-ray for sure) and the Studio Ghibli movies of the past (despite the haters saying how bad of a director and how pretentious he is, etc. I still love Miyazaki/Ghibli's works).

There are times I want to rewatch the classics too.
