I've read recently and kinda agree with, that there're two types: those who believe in change and learning and those who don't. I find in the 2nd category often, tbf. =/
But it's the fact that everybody changes. You see, psycology is tied with psysiology, so we change when our bodies change. Body chemistry affects our brain. Also experience affects our perseption, so even if someone doesn't learn from bad exprience, there won't be a second first time, so a situation will be less scary (or more. But less surprising anyway) If you know what I mean.
Re- toxic people, it depends. Someone can be toxic to one person and not toxic to another. Or it depends on how often they see each other. I prefer the term incompatible to toxic.
