Oh man, there were bits of the Phoenix Wright games that stumped me so hard I felt like the worlds biggest idiot. NEGL, I def looked at walkthroughs in some of the later cases.

The walkthroughs are the only reason I finished the games.

On the plus side, according to my friend, you can use hint coins in the trials in the Phoenix Wright/Ace Attorney crossover! :D

Ooo, do you mean Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright? I still haven't played any of the Professor Layton games so I should get on that... But if that's the one you're talking about I'll probably have to watch a walk-through of it because I'm too cheap to buy a 3DS. :( Still, the hint coin thing sounds like a good idea and they should implement it in all future games!

Yeah. I haven't been able to play it yet, but my friend told me.

The Professor Layton games are pretty fun IMO, I hope you enjoy them!

Yeah, I got lucky with my 3DS, someone had returned it because the 3D gave them a headache, so it was on sale. Only reason I could afford it. |D

I've always liked the look of The Professor Layton games, but for some reason I just don't play a lot of handheld games. IDK why...

Ouch, that would be a shit thing to discover! Bad for them, good for you.

Eh, it's not for everyone. If you do end up playing them, I hope you like them!

Yep! I was a little confused, admittedly, because you can turn off the 3D bit, and play 3DS games without the 3D aspect, but hey!

Wait, you can? I didn't even realize that! Now I'm wondering if they didn't realize it either. Poor them. Maybe they'll buy another one later.

(All this talk of DS games is making me want to finally finish Hotel Dusk.)

Yeah! There's a little slider on the DS, sort of like a volume bar, but you can mess with it to see how 3D your screen is, from complete 3D to normal 2D, it's nice.

I haven't played it, is it any good?

Oooo, that sounds like an awesome feature! Quite useful. NGL, I kind of would like one, but...well, yea, I don't know if I have that many games I would use it for. Still, I'm intrigued by that ability.

What I played was pretty good. I liked the story and the art was nice (the animation of the MC was gorgeous, unf), but I didn't get far enough to become too invested in it. (Hence why I should actually finish it...)

It's real nice. If you can find a used version, I totally recommend it! I got mine for Ocarina of Time, and thought it was worth it just for that, personally. |D
