That the premises are poor from the onset and you need to suspend your disbelief to even start enjoying them, if that's even possible, especially the utterly ridiculous 'Into the Dalek' debacle..?

Come on, that episode was actually, somehow, worse than 'Delta and the Bannermen' which is legendary in its unforgivable shittiness.
