Seconding this. It's a sitcom, but it's a darn good one. The first couple episodes are a bit choppy, and support characters are seemingly one-note, but it's worth sticking with.

I wouldn't really consider it fanservicey, and it definitely doesn't glamourize it's main characters (maybe just the one?), but it's basically written by and for gay women.
