The game doesn't take place solely in Japan. The protagonist travels to England to learn more about law, where he meets Holmes and Watson. There are some screenshots of the English courtroom, as well as the Japanese one. I'm not sure how much time is spent in each location though.

If Holmes and Watson aren't the main playable characters, and just side characters we meet, in England, that makes me happy. I don't tend to frequent places for pre-release, still being developed news.
