I'm awfully curious which corner of Tumblr you stumbled into, considering a good chunk of my dash is either social justice or pictures/fic describing some desire to bang adult cartoon and/or game characters.

The only time I've seen people get a bit iffy about that is if the character being lusted over is underage, or if there's a minor involved in some romantic ship. Even then, a lot of that tends to be determined by the universe they're in.
