nah, that's the same old mantra that some guy back in japan came up with trying to explain Boylove.
There might be quite a lot of girls for whom it's kind of true, there also might be a sort of fear of penetration where their own sexual organs are concerned, (which is why some drift away from slash after having real sexual encounters themselves), but that's just a part of the spectrum.
