Wow... an intelligent person DOES exist amongst all this hater wank?!

I've never seen so many bitchy hater comments. Most stemming from jealousy I'm sure? Let me guess, you all have perfect storytelling and character design abilities, so the world is unfair for making Fred popular and successful but not you? :(

God it's so pathetic how many people even went so far as to personally attack Fred.

Umm. Okay buddy, whatever you say.

Jealousy hardly ever comes to play in these situations, just so you know. It's really sort of a lame comeback. I'm sure a lot of the people who are agreeing with the secret here ARE better storytellers and artists. Let's face it, love, Fred isn't the best thing since sliced bread. If you like his works regardless, whatever, that's fine. But remember everyone else also has the rights to dislike him and criticize the work too. By the way, criticizing the artwork and the story isn't the same thing as attacking the artist as a person.

I've heard he is not very open to negative reviews and reacts poorly to critics; this, to me, reflects very poorly on him and makes me enjoy his stories less. I've never tried to contact him so I can't confirm just how bad he is to his fans/critics, but reputations always have some truth in them, don't they? It's the main reason why I don't like Megatokyo. The comic itself doesn't appeal to me, but I wouldn't read it even if it did have outstanding artwork, characters and plots, simply because he seems like a rude, prideful person.
