I love the Equestria Girls movies because they are just FUN for me , so colorful with poppy bubbly songs , and now the second one judging by the clips makes use of one of my fave tropes (atoning/redeemed villain/antagonist)

But I feel badly about it partly because I know that Faust really didn't like the movies and disliked what they turned characters she put a lot of work on into. and most of the time I find it important to try to respect the creator's feelings unless there's a good reason not to.

I just feel so TORN about it.
