That's pure speculation (and the blind thing in relation to Francis Dolarhyde would just be stupid). Also, Margot, Kade and Miriam are alive, plus Bedelia and Freddie are signed as regulars for the next season. Presumably Will will survive, but we don't know about Jack, and Chilton had a fake-out death just like Freddie and Miriam. So the finale death toll is probably...one woman, who we all thought was dead at the end of the last season.
