AT&T is vile.

Yeah, I don't use AT&T now. I found their internet service mediocre and disorganized. Hey, I'll just keep the extra modem you apparently sent by mistake, though, not that I trust it not to overheat all the time. Having two modems meant I actually had near continuous service, because I could switch them!

And their "customer service" could be infuriating.
