This. I think anon up there has some valid points in general but this isn't the best example of "Pretty = love". Peggy clearly showed interest before the serum. And the pec touch thing seems more shock that "WHOA is that the same dude???" than just "meeeow come to mama!" to me but readings vary so... whatever.
